We love when happy clients share their Indigo Album Design experience, so we were thrilled when Crystal of Snappy Camera Studios shared her albums on her blog today! Here’s a bit of what Crystal had to say:

I wholeheartedly embrace the idea of wedding albums. Initially, I thought that my job was simply to provide beautiful images to my clients and their product selection was up to them. However, the longer I shoot weddings the more I realize how invaluable the wedding album truly is. This book showcases one of the best days of your life. It’s an heirloom that will be passed down from generation to generation. It’s your wedding newscast to the world: the documentary evidence of who you were as an individual, and who you became as a couple. It’s the beginning of your long love story and the definitive moment that you choose your partner and the direction of your life.

While searching for an album company, I kept thinking of the album that sits on my grandfather’s coffee table. It is something that I stop and look at almost every time I’m in his home. And this ideal of the album is what I carry with me. That book is a visual testament to a couple who met, fell in love, and made a life together. It tells a story of a life that I was not a part of but to which I am forever connected.  This is what I want to re-create for my clients and their families.

For me it comes down to three words: Indigo Album Design.  They offer personalized options and design to showcase my clients’ personalities; quality materials that hold up against the test of time and adoration; and a beautiful, final product to showcase in your home. Putting together a photo album is like writing a love story with photographs. I am looking forward to helping you write your love story.

ALBUM SPOTLIGHT: Molly & Jonathan (Engagement Album)

Thanks to Molly & Jonathan for sharing these nice snap shots of their cloth engagement album! They chose the Turquoise book cloth with the Gold Linked Circles on Plum end paper for their 8×10 Flush Album with 10 pages. Molly & Jonathan worked with Jaime from our design team to create a clean minimalist design that reflected both their personal style & the overall concept from the e-session.

We just had to share these photos that Jamie snapped of her Indigo Album! Jamie & Tim chose the Green Gold book cloth with the Gold Linked Circles on Beige end paper for their 12×12 Flush Album with over 30 pages. Jamie is a graphic designer and did the design herself, so she just sent it over to us for printing & binding and voilà a fabulous keepsake was born!

Jamie wrote us an email shortly after receiving her Indigo Album and shared, “The book is GORGEOUS!!!!  It’s spectacular, we love it, you guys do a fantastic job!  I will definitely recommend you to any friends looking for an album like this…the album always get’s a big reaction from new visitors to our home.  They see it and go ‘WOW!’ because it’s so gorgeous!”
